# Studio: Libraries & Tasks

> Manage media assets, view finished content, and monitor rendering queues in the Task Manager.

nQivi Studio provides built-in utilities to organize assets, play rendered outputs, and monitor processing queues in the background.

## 🗄️ Asset Library (Resource Management)

The **Asset Library** tab is your media depository. It stores local and remote files that are used during video creation (such as background music, video footage, custom fonts, and greenscreen animations).

### Asset Types Supported

* **Background Music:** Audio loops added under voiceovers.
* **Background Video:** Background loops (e.g. Minecraft parkour or ASMR satisfying clips).
* **Audio:** General sound files or custom voice recordings.
* **Greenscreen Clips:** Video overlays with green backgrounds.
* **Fonts:** Custom TrueType (`.ttf`) or OpenType (`.otf`) fonts for captions.

### Adding Assets to the Database

* **Local Assets:** Upload files from your computer.
* **Remote Assets (YouTube links):** Input a YouTube URL (e.g., a lo-fi music track or background loop link). nQivi Studio automatically extracts the direct streaming URL using `yt-dlp` during rendering.
* **Automatic Synchronization:** Click **Sync Local Assets** to scan the `/public` folder of your project and index newly added files.

## 📹 Content Library (Gallery)

The **Content Library** tab lists all successfully rendered videos.

* **Play Preview:** Click on any video thumbnail to watch the completed file inside the Client.
* **Open File Directory:** Click the **Folder Icon** next to a video to open its physical folder path on your drive.
* **Delete Content:** Remove the video file and its metadata index.

## 🚦 Task Manager (Queue & Logs)

Video rendering is a CPU/GPU-intensive background process. The **Task Manager** is where you monitor these jobs.

### Active Tasks

* Whenever you click **Start Task** (in Autopilot or Remix), the job is assigned a unique ID and placed in the Task Manager queue.
* Multiple tasks can be queued; they will render sequentially or concurrently based on your hardware capabilities and settings.

### Monitoring & Operations

* **Status Tracking:** Monitor progress indicators (`Processing`, `Completed`, `Failed`).
* **Real-time Logs:** Click on an active task to expand its console logs and see precisely what step is executing (e.g. *Time Captions*, *Download Stock*, *Render Video*).
* **Delete & Cancel:** Check the selection boxes next to tasks and click **Delete selected tasks** to cancel active rendering or clear historical task items.
